Most Videos will embed automatically (except for Liveleak, Break and some others). In that case, paste the URL into the description box as well.

'no html tags' leads me to believe you're using these:<> instead of these:[], but I could be wrong.
Is the video part of a main post you are trying to put in the news section? If so, you don't need the [] tags, just past the url into the section asked for and plime will automatically imbed it for you. Score: [-] 25 [+].
