This reminds me of the time I asked the bartender at a restaurant/bar what imports they had where. She said "Sam Adams."

"That's your import list?" I asked.

"Yes," she said.

"You imported that all the way from Boston?" I asked.

She stared back at me blankly, blinked a couple times.

"You know what, nevermind," I said. Then I turned around and left.
I got into an argument with the waitress at Hooters (yea, that was stupid of me, I know). They were having a special "All Domestic Drafts were $2.00". But, for some reason, Shiner Bock (brewed in TEXAS - just a few short miles away) was considered an "import" and wasn't on the special. So, I asked about a Blue Moon (Brewed in Denver, by Coors Brewing Company), it was also an import.

I told her that they need to change the special to "All crappy beers, $2 - everything else is regular price"

I think Tom has it right. I just need to carry a gloc with me to the bar.

She answers with something like "we have Bud Light, and Miller Light, and.." and names off the yellow tinted crap that some people think is beer.

What is the proper response to her?
I honestly wouldn't talk s**t to food service people. I mean, they are serving your food, think about it.

And what DEP said, go somewhere else.
