The stray and feral cats that have overrun a middle American town can meow a little louder now that they have gotten a reprieve from a bounty the mayor had put on their whiskers -- a bounty he says he initiated to address the community's rampant cat problem.

That's what I'm talkin' aboot! When I read the first story I truely felt that no good could come from the bounty decision. I am so glad that there are great people oot there that will stand up for little kitties everywhere. All 3 of my puddies are all rescued cat's. 1 of which my wife and I found in the parking lot of our employment.
