At around only $30 US, AnFx is a nifty little animation program that can output a Flash file or Java applet for websites. It is pretty easy to use, but experienced Flash users will be frustrated by its limitations. Sqirlz Morph is a free program that will morph two or more pictures together and output as an animated GIF, AVI video clip or Flash object. Very fun and pretty easy to use. The trick is to strategically place the control points and use enough of them so that the animation is smooth.
