Lovely. I've always been interested in math and music and patterns and stuff. This is a nice addition to my list of things to play with.
At the moment I'm trying to 'compose' a fractal piece of music with 4 levels of self-similarity in both the notes and the rythm domains. Come to think of it, I can also add fractality to the volume domain..

I think the whitney music box - var. 5 - chromatic - 88 tines sounds like some early 20th century impressionistic composition.

And the whitney music box - var. 20 - bell carol sounds like something from Japan..

Indeed. I had searched really hard (the geek way; you know how much I frown upon careless submissions, and I just had an argument about that yesterday, so I gave my best), but I would have never thought of those tags. Don't even mention the description...
