Mona Lisa recreated in 2.5 hours using MS Paint - Video
Someone has apparently recreated the Mona Lisa painting using MS Paint in only 2.5 hours. This time lapse video shows the painting being recreated in only 4 minutes. picked by JuicyFruit 2 years ago

Do you guys think this is real, or is this a computer program that is redrawing something it scanned. I believe a human can draw this, just not in 2.5 hours.

Drawing something like this in the worlds least power graphics program is incredible! He could probably do it with an Etch-a-Sketch.

If someone can create such an incredible painting in 2 1/2 hours (this video was sped up to only last 4 minutes), what exactly does this say about the talents of Leonardo da Vinci.
Absolutely nothing, da Vinci's talents reached far beyond his painting, and he wasn't copying someone elses work as fast as he could.

Definitely real. Comparatively, there is maybe 1/1000000 of the detail of the original painting. It looks good to us, and i'd dare say that someone of equal talent using photoshop would be able to produce a replica that was almost indistinguishable to the untrained eye in about the same time. But, examine the smallest part, lets say the eyes, which is supposedly the hardest part to create, and you'll see nothing in this MS paint replica compared to the original.

Plus, there's a lot of these out there, some of them are amazing. I'm in awe of the talent of the people using ms paint to do this!
