Plus his hands are laying on the painting when the adult says "Show us the painting!". From what the adult says, we can assume he supposedly just recently finished it, yet his arms don't get paint smears on them, from what I saw.
Of course, that could've just been that they didn't do that shot until later. Either way, I think this is a remarkably well-done fake (if it is, which seems to be the general opinion).
