Why was this downvoted?

If i had to guess, I would say because the site doesnt seem very on-the-level.

I was suspicious of the first post linking to it.

1- The games and animations dont load for me, and don't appear to be credited to the original sites.
2- This makes all of the art suspect and could possibly be stolen from other sites like deviant art and the likes..
3- There are loads of ads.
4- Also the contact section in no way tells you who you are contacting.
