He's actually a talented artist. When I read the description I figured he was just some talent-less "artiste" who found a gimmick, but that isn't true:

this is very impressive to me...that is on bandages! that can not be easy to paint on. i had seen it before but i love to be reminded of cool things.

The Saw production team did something similar, they took a vial of Toby's blood (Jigsaw) and poured it into the vat of red ink and printed 1000 copies of the poster and sold them to raise money for charities.

Still, this is alot cooler.
