That sounds so naughty, but the site is very innocent. :)
Basically a really cool animation of a pirate. I don't know how it's done, and I've never really seen anything as polished as this.

That's pretty cool!
The way it's done is by having PNG's (web standard images) with transparencies in the foreground and having the image of the pirate in the background.
The image in the foreground scrolls independently of the background.
