Thousands of individuals working in isolation from one another painted a tiny part of the bill without knowledge of the overall task. In that white spot right under his nose, someone drew a stick figure.
To the left of the bottom right serial number thing, there is a smiley face.
To the left of the seal (with 100 stamped over it) there is an American flag.
EDIT: ah...i see now...they show you all those nifty things in a different page.
