BlackFriday.info was given a DMCA takedown notice when they posted BestBuy's price list for upcoming sales despite the fact that prices can't be copyrighted

This is such a blatantly illegal use of the DMCA. Of course the little guy backs down because the cost of a lawsuit would ruin him. BestBuy has been sued in the past for just this sort of bs.
