CT is now allowing gas station owners to offer discounted prices to consumer who pay with cash rather than a credit card. Considering the bite credit card companies take out of each transaction this is great news for station owners and customers.

I live in NY and work in CT... but I can only imagine this will make the CT gas equal the NY prices (CT is more expensive).
