It is okay if the man is raping his employees because there is profit to be made. The employees should just find other work or at least try to if they don't like being raped.

Forcing an employee to chose between putting food on the table for herself and/or her children and giving a blowjob to show off to the press is way beyond "harassment". That is rape.
