The desired result: I am trying to obtain an avatar with Steven Seagal with the meme "shoop-da-woop" laser.

For some reason, I figure it would be amusing to concatanate the awkward seriousness Mr Seagal adopts with the far-from-serious aspect that comes from the "lazer".
