Nine counts of rape, sex abuse and child abuse — one 7 at the time, and the other 18 months old.
Now considered a "free man" by local police, a week after a judge dismissed his case.

Some blame for him walking has to go to the prosecutors office for not getting an interpreter ...they had 3 years.

Keep in mind that he was never proven in court to be guilty of anything. Accusation is not proof of wrongdoing. The error in this case wasn't that he was freed on the basis that his right to a speedy trial was violated. That right is, after all, a guarantee of the U.S. Constitution. The problem is that the court didn't go to the expense of procuring a translator, thus allowing the trail to be held in a timely manner.

You people are all quite medieval. You've no knowledge that the guy has done anything wrong. You have only a short news article from some remote node of the internet that he was accused. Shame on all of you.
