A woman was arrested and charged with arson and burglary after police say she set fire to the home of a neighbor she thought had stolen her keys.

That woman is either hocked up on who knows what or she is sadly a mental mess. That certainly is not normal behavior. Although I have thought I lost my keys many times and they are in fact hanging from the waist of my pants.
