UK police tell woman who had her handbag stolen that it wasn't a crime since she was able to chase the thief down and retrieve her bag! So a successful theft is illegal, if you get caught and return the merchandise, it isn't a crime! Man, that sounds like a crook's paradise.

She's lucky the Police didn't arrest her for child abandonment when she went to jump on the thief.The thief got away but... at least she's hotter than Barbara Streisand.
