Now here is a lawsuit I can agree with.

He has been harassed and teased.

The companies have made money from his image.

The companies would have been suing like crazy if some other company started using the image that they thought they owned.

The defendants, especially Getty Images (a company who is very diligent about suing people using their images) should have known better than to not ask for a waiver, or to verify a waiver was not needed.

No, I think he will win this one. He may not get $7.5 million, but he is sure to get a very high dollar amount.

I agree. If I went to the store and some sexual innuendo was pasted next to my face, cute or not, I'd be offended. Even if it wasn't sexual I'd be upset that someone thought they could use a photo of me without my permission. Isn't that what they have stock photo's and poorly paid models for?
