I thought it was bulletproof. Can't believe he didn't get away with it.

And look at spiderman. He got bitten by a CRAZY spider, and didn't rape Mary Jane even though he was totally into her.

a toxicologist told the court there was no medical evidence to suggest a spider bite could compel someone to commit violence.

Or anecdotal evidence. It's the sort of thing that might crop up from time to time if it did happen.
