if people are stupid enough to post damning evidence of criminal activity, i think we should let them...

furthermore, youtube (at least in the US) doesn't show graphic nudity or sexual activity--if I am wrong, let me know--so I would think they are already 'moderated'.

It's only moderated after it's submitted so you can post anything you want on there and it will only be romoved if someone brings it to YouTube's attention and they see fit to remove it.
