While the driver was away, Allen reportedly got on the bus. The victim followed, in order to get a seat to go home. That is when Douse and Williams served as lookouts while Allen raped the victim until other students boarded the bus.Students shouldn't get on a bus without a driver either. If there wasn't a driver, I wouldn't have gotten on the bus in the first place. I am not excusing the reprehensible behavior, just commenting on the situation. The victim will never feel safe on a bus again.
