I hate hearing about these. This is something we never worried about in high school and that was only 10 years ago for me.
Very sad.
P.S. The last comment of the story, about Pres. Ford, what does that have to do with anything???

About the original theme... How many of these tragedies have to occur before parents get a clue and do two simple things:
1) Watch their kids closly for signs of depression or other emotional changes.
2) Get rid of their f**king guns or keep them locked up (trigger locks).
