Given the increasing average age of the population, the increase in care needs for many 'standard' procedures, this is indeed scary.

Maybe we can sue all the people that have sued their doctors and by doing so have helped destroy the healthcare system.

Doctors still make EXTREMELY good money.

Now what I could see happening is a shortage of general practitioners. They don't make as much as specialists do, although they are far far far from hurting.

Specialist can make so much more than GPs do and with less work as well that many doctors take that route.

The lack of GPs will greatly increase the cost of medicine
