Ledger's performance was nothing short of brilliant. I enjoyed every damn second, I hated having to run out and go pee. I'm going back to see it again either tomorrow or the next day. I'd go right now, but I think I've had enough excitement for one day.

I saw the movie. It was good, albeit a bit disturbing. I also wouldn't be a bit surprised if Heath Ledger wins several awards for his part, seeing as his performance was superb.
I give the movie a rating of (V) (V) (V) (V) 4/5 bunny ears.
The only really annoying thing about the movie was Batman's voice. It reminded me of Eddie the mail room guy on Seinfeld. Which isn't really a problem, except that hearing "You think about your knife; the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sun up" over and over in your head kind of dulls the whole cinematic experience.
Side note: Sitting a few rows above me was a couple who had brought their 4-year-old son to the movie. He was obviously terrified and cried several times. I can't imagine how stupid you'd have to be to let a little kid witness that level of violence and brutality. I came [ this ] close to walking up to them afterward and telling them off. Idiot parents disgust me.

Depends on the kid I guess, last time I went to see the movie, there was a little girl, no more than 4 or 5 behind me. Every time the Joker would say or do anything she would laugh hysterically. I wanted to take her home and raise her as a minion but my friend said I'd get in trouble :( cute kid.
