Looks so very tasty!! I might have to try this one tonight, though I am going to change it up a little. I think I will start with some chedder surrounded by the fries, then wrapped with bacon. I'll probably have to use a light coat of batter to hold it all together but I'll try it first without. Use a little ranch for dipping (not that "lite" crap either) and you've got "loaded fries" on a stick!!!
mmmmmmm... bacon.
