I disagree on most.
Come on, it is Science Fiction. This means, suspense of believe.

Sure, there are awkward moments, but they aren't THAT horrifying.

This writer thinks too much about science fiction. The single WORST moment in SciFi history can be summed up in 2 made up names JarJar Binks. With a close second going to the whole movie "War Games".
