I used to like Dr. Phil but then I think he grew too big for his britches. Sometimes I wonder if he has a hard time fitting his head through the door. "How is that working for you?"

He's going to have to look at himself and see what part of his behavior has led him to these circumstances.

See, you don't take a megaphone to an autopsy...

The man is a f**king parasite, his job prior to being the five minute-fix your life-guru was to help lawyers pick juries, based on his psychological evaluation. In other words he helped stack the jury with those people he deemed would be more likely to side with whomever was paying him, not with the evidence, not with the truth.

Agree with the parasite description. He uses the "Dr." title the same as Laura Schlesinger does; to legitimize a whole lot of b*lls**t.

That was just a job, you could say the same thing about the lawyers.

What? Calling lawyers parasites too? Nahh, that's just not right.

Just a job? It is wrong, it goes against everything the system is supposed to stand for, finding the truth not finding people that will see things the way you WANT them to see. I realize the whole US Justice system is pretty f**ked up, but for me this is way past f**ked up.

You act like he is the sole dictator of determining who was selected for the jury. This is done by both sides in an attempt to ensure a fair trial, which is exactly what the system is supposed to stand for.

Finding out if a juror is biased is the goal, making sure they will be able to make an informed decision and do not already have their mind made up, this is the goal of jury selection, not stacking the deck with those you know you can manipulate.

No he is not the sole dictator and I never said he was, the lawyers are involved and just as guilty of it as he is to a point. Their job is to know the law and how to argue within that law to either convict someone or keep them out of prison. Part of their job is to read people and if possible even exploit that person for their own agenda.

Difference is they are LAWYERS, it is what they do and it is what we EXPECT from them, not from someone that took and oath as a DOCTOR to do no harm and to serve his fellow man to the best of his abilities, not use his knowledge to manipulate his fellow man for the highest bidder.

You see this as a job, I see it as a moral choice to undermine the system and to take advantage of people. He is a piece of s**t as far as I am concerned and as much as I would like to see his ass be prosecuted in the state of California, I know it will never happen and he will just benefit from the publicity.

I wasn't aware that the Hypocratic oath required doctors to 'serve their fellow man to the best of their abilities'. I really think you are just out to get this guy, there is no way you know any of the circumstances or history behind his former job.
