Heath Ledger may have died from natural causes, not a drug overdose, because the amount of drugs in his system was too low to have killed him, it has been reported.

idk..he was interviewed as saying he was tired around the time of his death. Anaemia could be a symptom of a heart condition. (not a doctor-just saying he claimed he wasn't feeling too hot before he died)
Or...he was depressed and anaemia was a symptom. There's just so many possibilities.
