Johnny calls me "da man!" That puts me at ease. It makes me feel comfortable, because I am Black and that's how Black folks talk to one another.

Wow I never saw a thunderbird commercial before. I thought the only advertising they had was the poem the bums used to say:

What's the word? Thunderbird!
What's the reason? The grapes are in season!
What's the price? A buck, twice!

I guess its not much of a poem.

That poem was actually in another commercial I remember seeing in Michigan in the early 80's...to this day I can't get it out of my head. <----------insert super duper sad face
