Very nice. Thanks, cyco.
However, it's not that I haven't found a job I want there... I still need the experience. I doubt they'll hire a 15 year old to one of their projects.

You could try offering them (or another house) your services as an intern - they get cheap or free labour, you get experience.

It's the me still going to high school thing, not pay issues.
And yeah, that would have been my move.

I suppose that is something of a restriction.

And now that I think about it, there are probably child labour laws and stuff to contend with too.

But it doesn't hurt to plan ahead.

Have you done much in the way of coding?

Not much. Mostly game art.
I have experience with 3d modeling, textures for models, significant experience with 2d spritework, some particle skills, and a touch of animation skills.

I'm planning to go to SWEAT next year.
(SWEAT is a program offered by the Art Institute of Vancouver that allows 11th and 12th graders to get some experience in a field that they can take later on).
If I do go there, it'd be for the Game Art and Design event.
