Has there been an in-rush of new Plime members? I'm finding a lot of stuff being submitted that I read on non-Plime social news sites 6, 12, 18+ months ago. This is one such item.

People have been posting ancient content since the day plime was born.

I'm not new to plime but I haven't seen everything on the internet and this is one such thing I haven't seen. Surprisingly enough I actually don't spend that long online.

I don't mean to be rude, but, you moaned about Plime in an article on your blog entitled Plime - The unfriendly news aggregator: I can understand moderating a community and looking out for content that does not belong but I got a very unfriendly vibe from Plime. I do not think I will be going back there again.

Yet here you are moaning about the content

One mans old news is another mans new news, or something like that.

Up to now most of the stuff has not been old hat. One of the reasons I no longer visit the other sites is because the same "old" content shows up again and again every month.

Also, I did write a follow up to that original article that put Plime in a nicer light.

Well thats the beauty of Plime, if "the same old news" turns up ie; been on Plime before, then it quickly disappears. By the looks of it theres a fair few people on Plime who, like me, obviously have their head in the sand as far as "old" internet stories go.

A good buls**tter won't need to save up. Just talk the big talk, take her to a dive and talk about how you love the atmosphere there and how because noone knows who you are, they don't treat you any different from anyone else.

Then ask her to take you back to her place. Just to make sure she's not too "low" for you to date.
