I think even after his voice changes he will still have power, intonation, and skill. So if he's a tenor or a basso profundo, he will be able to be just this good! He has the skill to use his instrument in any range!

If you like male singers with high-pitched voices, check the falsetto singers. Search for people like Klaus Nomi (unfortunately dead from AIDS) or Daniel Taylor.

You also may like the movie 'Farinelli' which is about a castrated singer but whose voice was re-created by merging a man and a woman's voice digitally.
