Inspired by AutumnLotus' thread about measuring the heat of peppers. A snippet from an actual customer letter states, "...my housemates and I find your product ('rooster sauce' as we call it) to be essential to the household. I could almost eat a napkin that was dotted with it." YUMMY!

On the web site there is a sample pack for 7 US dollars plus shipping. Think I am going to get SP01. The Chili Garlic sounds good. My mouth is watering thinking of rice with hot sauce.

We have two variations of sample packs available for those who would like to try all of our different sauces.

SP01 includes:

* 2 Sambal Oelek (8 oz.)
* 2 Chili Garlic (8 oz.)
* 1 Sriracha (17 oz.)

SP02 includes:

* 1 Sambal Oelek (8 oz.)
* 1 Chili Garlic (8 oz.)
* 2 Sriracha (17 oz.)

The cost is $7.00 plus shipping for each sample pack and is available only through mail-order.

They call it 'rooster sauce' - it would be funny if they use the other term for rooster.

Oh goodness I do love this sauce. The sambal is perhaps even more delicious. We use it in all of our Indonesian cooking at Christmastime.

I just got my first bottle a few days ago! I've seen it on the shelf for years and just figured it was like Franks. I've put it on everything since I tasted it. Excellent sprinkled on seafood. *drool*

Ooh, Indonesian food! Man, that stuff is great. Reminds me of home AND tastes awesome.
Mmm, yeah, this stuff is great. I've used it for...eight years or so now? They make really good sambals.

PS - anyone interested in ordering, get SP01 with the Sambal Oelek. Great stuff.
