I used this as a prank on my ex, revenge for wearing baggy ass pants. Whenever his hands were busy (dishes, oil, whatever), I just slipped my fingers into his belt loops ans viola.

Oh you're being sarcastic, that's a sure-fire way to discredit any valid point you may have.
Looks to me like it was shot on a phone and if there's a confrontation brewing you'd be surprised how many people want to film it.
Does everything caught on camera have to be staged then does it?
What if the guy who started on the woman had been acting up before the point when the guy started recording and he decided to catch it on film?
There's plenty of incidents where cam phone video footage and footage off other devices has been used as evidence in cases, in the digital day and age of we live in more and more will get inadvertently caught on cam.
