I have to atleast commend the parents for apparently doing things the right way..you have to read the whole article to understand what I mean.

But the line that surprised me the most was:
"[...] a minor in Wisconsin could legally drink a beer in a tavern if a parent was right there and allowed it."

I find it amazing that different states have such different laws...in New Jersey a minor can't even SIT at a bar if a bottle of booze is within reach.

Now someone correct me if I'm wrong but they let baby girls parade around like sex toys in pageants but this talented child is stifled?
