even though i might feel like he was doing something like this i still can't say for certain that he is on the tape. the jurors felt the same way. You have to prove these things beyond a reasonable doubt. Plus the tape in question had be circulated thru boot legging for 5 years. Honestly i didn't even think he would get a fair trial

I haven`t read the article yet, but on NPR they said that the man in the video had a mole on his back that Kelley doesn`t have.

I think this gives him a 1-Up on Michael Jackson (MJ was never caught on video).

BUT, he's still under OJ Simpson... there was DNA evidence for that one!

And all I can think of is David Chappelle.

I thought this ended years ago....I don't really know enough about the case to say he's guilty for sure, he may be rich and famous, but that doesn't always mean he's guilty of all he is accused of. His music is still horrible though.

He is most definitely guilty. This isn't the first time he has skated on such charges. He has been accused of molesting children before. There was even photographic proof, but it was thrown out due to an illegal search.

There have been lawsuits settled out of court and more.

The man is definitely a child molester but too many are willing to deny it to themselves and/or look the other way because he can sing.

That being said, it seems to be a fair acquittal even though many of the jurors felt strongly it was him in the tape.

The main problem is the prosecutors failed to prove that the young girl was his goddaughter.

Since they didn't prove the identity of the victim, you can't convict him on charges of child molestation.
