The man is definitely a child molester but too many are willing to deny it to themselves and/or look the other way because he can sing.
That being said, it seems to be a fair acquittal even though many of the jurors felt strongly it was him in the tape.
The main problem is the prosecutors failed to prove that the young girl was his goddaughter.

Gageven though i might feel like he was doing something like this i still can't say for certain that he is on the tape. the jurors felt the same way. You have to prove these things beyond a reasonable doubt. Plus the tape in question had be circulated thru boot legging for 5 years.
