My favorite cameo in a stupid film
I am a huge Kurt Vonnegut fan. His books are amazing. I saw the film back to school as a kid, and did not appreciate this cameo, but looking back on it, it is hilarious. I have a new appreciation for Back to School. picked by TacoWallace 4 months ago

Agreed! I loved his "Children's Crusade" novel. Brilliant!

yes we all love Kurt Vonnegut. Lord knows I've posted some of his info, mostly in the forum

Seriously though...
a comment praising Kurt's very famous cameo in a 22 year old movie is hardly front page news.

A back to school video clip is very appropriate when it is back to school week. Especially appropriate when Kurt makes a cameo. Rodney Dangerfield and Kurt together will ALWAYS be front page worthy. Come on, give Rodney some respect.

FAR more important than some wacko writer's cameo is Oingo Boingo's cameo in this very same movie!
