Too bad the release will be delayed...
Fox decided after Warner had announced, made, and nearly completed the post production on the movie that there were some questions about the rights! So Fox is suing Warner now, and Warner has to hold off on the release until this gets sorted out...
Any entertainment judge worth his salt will dismiss Fox's case, saying the knowledge of the rights clearances gained by Warner were made public several years ago. Warner wouldn't have gotten this far with such a major property unless the rights were in order!
But we shall see...
