Justice was meted out swiftly in the case of Pfizer vs. the Long Island Viagra enthusiast who gets his kicks cruising around Manhattan with a 25-foot decommissioned missile emblazoned with the priceless message 'Viva Viagra.' He had no trouble getting the missile in and out of Manhattan through the tunnels because police were just so tickled by the gag.

Infringement may occur when one party, the "infringer", uses a trademark which is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark owned by another party, in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers
IMHO Pfizer is shooting blanks here.
