Further proof the school officials are completely out of their mind.
Clearly, this picture was promoting ecstasy 100%. Furthermore, does anyone really believe that this cop has listened to any of that music? Honestly.

Ok...Some of the other students stated that there were lots of kids flashing signs in their prom pics...Why pick these 2 out? Is this a common sign? Why are cops reviewing prom photos?
