Per the threads on the below links between Bornbad and Indierock cafe... there seems to ba a problem here. Voting down someone's posts and comments per personal vendetta seems too mean spirited to be 'ok' to me. Am I correct here? If not, I apologize that I misunderstood the climate you are all trying to cultivate here and I will sadly bow out of further participation.
Please clarify this as a group. I'm eagerly awaiting replies on which to base my perceptions.

I believe the indierockcafe/Bornbad saga began because indie thought Bornbad was a bit power-mad. So indie resorted to downvoting Bornbad's posts and comments to "bring him down", as it were. I think indie started it all and any actions against indie were retaliations.
Hmm...if indie is -1, then his downvoting would technically have a positive effect, no?

I see the situation now. This all came to my attention last night over a two hour period where my Pliming happened upon a few posts' comments between the two. I jumped into the middle and needed to 'catch up' Now I have. It's clear that IRC is the stinker here. Sorry for not checking Forum before posting this thread. I understand and will now ignore the IRC situation and hope the '-1' score makes him go away.
