I would have to say my favorite fonts are Helvetica, Optima, Bodoni, and Univers.
I throw up in my mouth a little every time I see anything with Papyrus or Comic sans. Papyrus just absolutely drives me up the wall. Up the mother f**king wall I tell you.
Personally, I embrace all forms of font-use. I think everyone should be free to experiment with and choose the form of lettering that they are individually most comfortable with. As long as they are aware of the dangers of unsafe fonts and practice safe-lettering, of course.

What about all the "hand" fonts. Those irritate the s**t out of me too. Brad Hand, Gretta hand, etc, etc. If I wanted sloppy handwriting, I would have wrote it out myself.
I always liked Century Gothic. Don't ask me why...I just like it.
The fonts I absolutely HATE are those fancy handwriting scripts like Brush Script M7, Monotype Corsiva, Vivaldi, Viner Hand, Palace Script MT etc. They look like frigging elementary-school doodles for crying out loud! I can't read a damn thing said in those fonts (Are they even eligible to be called "Fonts" anyways?)
I hate Comic as well. Some people even write professional letters with them. (How's that for an oxymoron?)
Worse yet is when people make signs for their shops and stuff, and they write those in Comic. I mean people... you don't have to be a techie to realise it looks like s**te? Do you? I mean even UNZ knows it!!!
