Nope - the fridges were bare.

It's an off-licence* formerly known as Threshers, now sadly a Local - a shadow of it's former glory.

Great if you're after wine, but their beer selection & volume has dwindled pitifully.

But you'll be pleased to know that just a short trip away I was able to get all the beer I wanted and more besides.

This is the one I'm currently drinking, although there's less of it now.

i found it! after an hour of searching i have found the thread i've been looking for. in case you are wondering i am s**tfacd right now. i wanted to say i love all you guys on e! especially punthe, badbud, moe, DEP, dooggy, jrry, TM,nunkii, maven, and chez. i can't remember everyone right now but i still love all you guys! you guys are amazing people, better than some people i ow in real life (cept jerry i know him and he's cool heh, i have a secret bout him too that he'd probably lkil me for typing here but i won't cuz i love him like a friend)

So I went to give my melon bed another digging and when I was done I was pretty thirsty. I went back to the offie that had let me down so badly 2 weeks ago ^^ and bought a 4 pack of cider.

I was a little thirstier than I'd imagined and drank my first pretty quickly.

The second went down faster than expected.

Half way through the third and feeling quite refreshed now. Quite refreshed indeed.

They had a Long Island Iced Tea fountain.

I'm not much for beer as of late. LI Iced Teas suit me just fine.

Good thing we didn't stay too late. 1 1/2 large plastic cups later, I'm feelin' it.
