The part where they sing "when I was a child I caught a fleeting glimpse, out of the corner of my eye, I turned to look but it was gone, I cannot put my finger on it now, the child is grown, the dream is gone"
For YEARS I had this. I still don't know what it was but as an adult I get this flashback. I kept trying to figure out what it was my mind's eye was seeing. It's so difficult to explain but this song is indelible to me, mostly because of that line but also because it's Floyd and it's awesome :) Score: [-] 122 [+]. That never ending story bit had me all kinds of excited. Score: [-] 115 [+]. Posted: 7 months ago by 86Apex: This one sums it up for me right now. I just got a PS3 the other day so I'm feeling a bit Supersonic. :P

Kula Shaker. They're a brit-pop band that came out during the Radiohead, Oasis, Verve wave. Somehow they got overlooked by most of the media. The song is on the album 'K'. You'll never find it in a real store though, so look online. Oh, and the song is 'Govinda'. Score: [-] 54 [+]. Posted: 7 months ago by Moe:
I used to be a DJ and I would start AND end my shows with this song every time I went on the air.
I'll never forget the live concert. They hit that guitar solo and it went on and on, totally insane. And then...then you suddenly realized that through the smoke and lasers that Gilmore was literally surrounded by a ring of stage lights. The entire solo, they were imperceptibly creeping ever downward. Then at the peak, they were just THERE. It was and is indelible, insane, and amazing. Score: [-] 92 [+]. Useless Trivia fact: the lead singer of Kula Shaker is Hayley Mills son.
