Failing to do this would allow a group of members to join our region, endorse one of themselves as the UN delegate and possibly throw all of us out of the region or cause problems. We are a small region so it wouldn't be difficult for a group to do so.

Moe or I can expel them, but I dont think it is a good idea. Lets see first if we need this game at all. If we will play it a month from now and they dont behave we will have to do something about it.
