A well thought out and much needed proposal Sir.

2manynations has A robust private sector that is led by the Information Technology and Arms Manufacturing. I do believe that the people of my nation can sell much of the material for the construction and operation of such platforms.

Also, don't be concerned that my top IT people would even think about installing back door programs into the targeting and operating computers onboard the platforms, as our motto goes, "Trust Us"

Again in 2005. My son, ElSuper had his nation rocking.
WILL get addicted, and you WILL like it.
This is old. My son's nation from my blog:
Commonwealth of FarLeftCoast by ElSuper

The ever-expanding commonwealth of FarLeftCoast

The Commonwealth of Farleftcoast
"I'm the captain of the gravy train."

UN Category: Inoffensive Centrist Democracy
Civil Rights:
Very Good Economy:
Good Political Freedoms:
Good

Location: Niveks Kr3w
The Commonwealth of Farleftcoast is a huge, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate population of 284 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Welfare, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Prime commercial land is being swamped with archaeological teams, recent protests against birds flying too low have resulted in bloodshed, the government seizes all major gold finds, and several citizens have complained about scientists abducting their pets for experimentation. Crime is well under control. Farleftcoast's national animal is the bronsted-lowry, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the milk dud.

Farleftcoast is ranked 7th in the region and 106,315th in the world for Rudest Citizens

Yeah I got one. Seems if you are a UN member and a new resolution is passed thatgoes against one of the issues that you have approved you get it over-ruled.

They have abolished my forced labor. How will we solve now the landscaping issue? We have no Mexican immigrants. This UN decision doomed our suburbs.

Thank you, thank you. We Rowanadeshiites pride ourselves on encouraging reverence of nature within our humble borders. Sure, we've had to squash a few freedoms to do it, but in the long run we shall reap the benefits of cleaner air and richer soil.

Same here.

What issue is currently pending legislation? In The Holy Empire of the IcePig, we're about pass a bill that will subsidize the building of Baseball Stadiums through the land. (Although we'll get a new issue in about 45 minutes)

We are about pass laws to make public nudity legal, furthermore make legal the public display of affectionate love, no matter what form it takes (for example SM).

My current issue is prostitution....I can either turn a blind eye, let the government run it, or raise taxes to pay for Sex Ed classes.

I want to let the government run it, but it will raise my taxes...I may just turn a blind eye to it...

2. "I agree," mused sociology professor Falala Utopia. "But I don't think the protestors are going far enough. Public nudity shouldn't be an option: it should be compulsory. Nudity is highly liberating. And it would put that disgusting "Hooters" out of business once and for all."

This is the position your government is preparing to adopt.

Should make for an interesting winter to say the least.
