Just so's ya know, bicycles are legally considered "vehicles" and have the same right of way cars do (unless the roadway is restricted to bicycle traffic). At least around here it is illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk. Bikes are supposed to ride in the lane with car and truck traffic.

But they can't impede traffic, which he was doing on a main street thru a busy part of town. Plus, I wouldn't have anything if he hadn't been such an ass. He was being very nasty.

I just looked it up, and you're totally right. This is what I found in Alabama's bicycle laws:
Section 32-5A-263
Riding on roadways and bicycle paths.

(a) Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

Have you seen the new Indiana Jones movie? I'm holding off seeing at as I have such great memories of the other films and I've heard such crap things about the latest I'm not sure I want to watch it.

I wouldn't bother with it. I adore the others, and this one just ruins them. It's one film I regret seeing. Though at the time I couldn't wait. I was really disappointed.

So some of you know, I moved to a new office. no cell service, no iPhone internet, diminished Plime access.

You know what the worst thing is...people keep stopping by my office with the whole "wow, look at you!" bulls**t.

So I had a lovely evening of spaghetti, brownies, yahtzee and pictionary until...


I got home with my banana creme pie shake (thank you sonic!) and as I usually do I used the cup in my hand to press down on the lock thingy and it PIERCED thru the cup... I through everything ontop of the car and ran inside to save my shake!~ lol I saved most of it! However, in doing so I was introduced to the newly installed sprinklers....that spray recycled ass-smelling water. Thankfully I was wearing my big boots, but either way they all got full of that nasty ass water. After saving my cup I went to rinse them off... that was when I discovered Pucca had gotten into Mel's rat food! GODDAMMIT! screamed at the dog and went back outside to get everything i through on the car and got another f**king splashing of the ass-water because they run alongside the goddamn parking lot.

Also my apartment still has those stupid german roaches, I just killed 2 big ones -.-
