Alert! Alert!

There is a serious breach in Plime. A big one. Bandwidth is spewing through a giant hole in the starboard side, making pages and images load too fast. Users can barely blink before a new page finishes loading.

Either we've hit a reef and torn open the hull or jax has over-optimized the software. The engine room is at risk of catching fire. The site is taking on water and listing to the side! The pumps can't keep up. Everyone start bailing!

Oh man, when I read this, I immediately thought of Sergeant Obidiah Hakeswill from the Sharpe Saga. That's exactly how he spoke. (Sorry, Milshake, I'm not comparing you to Hakeswill. I'm sure you're more of a Richard Shapre kind of individual. ;) )

Crazy.
I hope that in regards to the story I am more like Sharpe.
However the actor that played Capt Richard Sharpe (Sean Bean) is a bit of a prat while the man who played Hakeswill (Pete Postlethwaite) is someone I would actually aspire to be like.
What a paradox.

Just realised, you may have seen a diff version to me. This is the cast as I know them.

Aint that crazy.
Apparently it was the band leader who said to carry on.
Personally i would have said
"For a boat?? Eat my violin chump."

While I've seen some of the Sharpe series you're talking abut, I was talking about Hakeswill himself, from the books. He talks in short, clipped sentences just like that when he's sucking up to officers. Cornwell's series about Sharpe is one of my guilty pleasures.

Actually, here's something cool: Tonight we're upgrading our database software. We're going to sink even faster now!
